What Fortivus Cares is — and is not
Always consult a qualified physician, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed professional before making medical, legal, or financial decisions. Fortivus Cares is designed to help you organize information and prepare for those conversations — not to replace them.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your content
You retain ownership of all documents, notes, and information you upload to Fortivus Cares. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add to the platform, including documents belonging to or relating to other individuals.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Fortivus Cares to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Upload content you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Shared access
Fortivus Cares allows you to share access to your account with other family members. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone you grant access to understands and agrees to these Terms of Service. You control what information is shared and with whom.
Service availability
We aim to make Fortivus Cares available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortivus Cares and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
